JESUS OUR CORNERSTONE

‘The stone that the builders rejected has now become the cornerstone.’ —Luke 20:17

Everything is plumbed and leveled from the cornerstone. It is the stone that sets the direction and placement of a building to fulfill its purpose. So too Jesus being the Cornerstone sets the direction and placement of a person’s life so His purposes for them can be fulfilled. To reject the Cornerstone is to reject the Architect of your life. Who best knows the design and purpose for your life? If we do not “plumb” and “level” our life from Him, then we will not fulfill His purposes in life. Dear Father, may my life be built in relationship to the Cornerstone, Your Son, Jesus. May it be so by the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Jesus.
