MAYBE THEY WILL LISTEN IF YOU TELL THEM!
Tell them everything I command you; do not omit a word. Perhaps they will listen and each one turn from their evil ways. —Jeremiah 26:3
As for other matters, brothers and sisters, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you. —II Thessalonians 3:1
We do not know who is going to receive the Word of God. May we be speaking to people about Jesus and “Perhaps they will listen and each will turn from their evil ways.” We will never know unless we speak to them. That includes those of our own household, our relatives, our neighbors, our friends and even those we do not know that we come into contact with. How will we know if they will believe if we do not share with them?
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” —Romans 10:3-15
I am not sure how much you have shared God’s Word with people, but I know myself that there has been a lot of sowing and watering in this area where I live. Brothers and sisters, fellow followers of Jesus, “pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you.” Yes, and may it be so, Lord, where each one who loves you reading this lives. Yes, Dear Father, may it be so by the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus. Please speak to him today… May it be so for Your honor and glory! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5vUCEth7p4&list=RDZ5vUCEth7p4&start_radio=1
