I WILL TRUST MY LORD!

I WILL TRUST MY LORD!

A voice says, “Cry!” And I said, “What shall I cry?” All flesh is grass, and all its beauty is like the flower of the field. The grass withers, the flower fades when the breath of the LORD blows on it; surely the people are grass. The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever. —Isaiah 40:6-8

All the nations are as nothing before him, they are accounted by him as less than nothing and emptiness.  To whom then will you liken God, or what likeness compare with him? —Isaiah 40:17-18

Lift up your eyes on high and see: who created these? He who brings out their host by number, calling them all by name, by the greatness of his might, and because he is strong in power not one is missing. —Isaiah 40:26

Have you not known? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. —Isaiah 40:28-31

Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through him who strengthens me. —Philippians 4:11-13

We are such small creatures with great limitations in comparison to God.  Yet there are so many people that think they know more than God.  They are like Satan and all those who have this attitude— “I will make myself like the Most High” (Isaiah 14:14).  Those with this attitude do not know who they are dealing with.  May they repent and call on Jesus before they meet Him with that arrogant attitude— https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYZw0dfLmLk&t=157s  Man is like grass— “The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.”  Men’s speech, plans and ideas will pass quickly, but what our Lord says, does and thinks last forever!  I will depend on Him!  Even all that nations combined are like nothing when compared to Him!  Who will you depend on?  “Therefore this is what I will do to you… prepare to meet your God.”  Oh, If you have not done so… do so now!

Open the eyes and praise our Lord!  He created all the stars and named them.  He is the Creator of all we see and do not see.  He does not grow tired or weary.  His understanding is unsearchable… there is no way we can fully understand Him.  But, “He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”  Yes, I will trust Him!

I can trust Him in every situation I find myself in and I can be content in those situations as I understand that “I can do all things through him who strengthens me.”  So yes, I will trust Him, cling to Him, focus on Him and seek to be faithful to serve Him.  Yes, Dear Father may this be so by the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIpnW3rtRQ4
