JUSTIFIED IN JESUS
JUSTIFIED IN JESUS
Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. —Romans 5:1
Since, therefore, we have now been justified by his blood, much more shall we be saved by him from the wrath of God. —Romans 5:9
And the free gift is not like the result of that one man’s sin. For the judgment following one trespass brought condemnation, but the free gift following many trespasses brought justification. —Romans 5:16
Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men. —Romans 5:18
Justified by faith— we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- Justified by Jesus’ blood— we are saved from God’s wrath through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- Justification— is a free gift through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- Justification— through Jesus’ one act of righteousness which brings life to men.
“For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.” —Hebrews 10:14 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8oy0X_Xlz4Q
Justification is done for all those who have truly called on the Name of Jesus to be saved. We are no longer an enemy of God (Romans 5:10). We are now at peace with God and will no longer be in danger of the “wrath of God” which His enemies will experience. For those who have called on Jesus they received this free gift of justification— accounted righteous through the finished work of Jesus on the cross in which they have trusted. Now we can mature into the life which our Lord Jesus has for us. One day we will experience that fully when we get to heaven. But until then we are in a sanctification process— becoming more and more like our Lord. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7gOjlAUn9JM May this be our heart’s desire— to be more like our Lord Jesus. Yes, Dear Father may this be so by the power of Your Holy Spirit and by the authority of Your Son Jesus.
