HE IS WATCHING AND IS HEARING THE RIGHTEOUS
For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.” —I Peter 3:12

You who are living for Jesus, His eyes are on you. “His ears are open to (your) prayer.” The implication here is that the righteous are spending time with the Lord in prayer. They are talking to Him and listening to Him. They are taking time to be with Him. Is this the case in your own life? This is what is said about those who are righteous (II Corinthians 5:21).
On the other hand “the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.” This is not a place to be in. To have the face of the Lord against a person is a dangerous place to be. To stay in that situation is to have one’s destiny sealed forever in hell. Yeah, that is not a good place to be in!
So which situation are you in? God’s for you or against you? It all comes down to whether you have called on the Name of the Lord Jesus to be saved (Romans 10:13) after hearing the gospel (I Corinthians 15:1-5). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZD6khv6pGkw&t=133s
I thank You Dear Father that I am made righteous through Jesus and that Your eyes are upon me and You hear my prayer. May I live according to Your purposes as You reveal them to me in the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Jesus. May it be so!
Fellow follower of Jesus we have much to be thankful for and we should be the most thankful people on the planet. May that be the case for each of us on this Thanksgiving Day and every day!
