LIFE!

Those who have done good will rise to experience eternal life, and those who have continued in evil will rise to experience judgment. —John 5:29

“You search the Scriptures because you think they give you eternal life. But the Scriptures point to me! Yet you refuse to come to me to receive this life. —John 5:39-40

How is it that so many people can go through “religious” motions but never come to a knowledge of the truth as to Who Jesus is? How many people across this land and the world will attend a church, be among believers, yet have refused to receive the eternal life that only comes through trusting Jesus? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBKzCpkXJR4

There are so many people who are Sunday goers, but their lives are not impacted. They go through the motions, but they never have truly called on the Lord to be saved (Romans 10:13). Instead, they will act one way for an hour or two or so and then live life like they want the rest of the time. There are those who have truly been impacted by the gospel (I Corinthians 15:1-7) and they are sincerely seeking to do good God desires of them (Ephesians 2:10). Those just going through the motions continue to do evil. They live life according to their will and not God’s will.

Eternal life… in Heaven… with Jesus… and with all who love Him. Rejoice fellow follower of Jesus! Home is getting closer all the time! For those of you who have not trusted Jesus, why not? May you do so today! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZD6khv6pGkw Judgment! Eternally separated from God forever in Hell is the penalty for not living for Jesus. Call on Jesus now!

Dear Father, thank You for the life You have given me. I so look forward to being home with Jesus and all those who truly love Him. May I be faithfully about Your business until I get there. May this be so in the authority of Jesus and by the Holy Spirit’s guidance.
