HE SOUGHT ME, SAVED ME AND IS MY STRENGTH!

HE SOUGHT ME, SAVED ME AND IS MY STRENGTH!

I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me; I was found by those who did not seek me. —Isaiah 65:1

This is what the Lord says: “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool.  Where is the house you will build for me?  Where will my resting place be?  Has not my hand made all these things, and so they came into being?”  declares the Lord. —Isaiah 66:1-2

I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from?  My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. —Psalm 121:1-2

The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore. —Psalm 121:7-9

I was not asking for the Lord or seeking after the Lord when He revealed Himself to me.  The message He brought to me was— “Turn from your evil ways… or be condemned forever… and become a priest” (As in the “royal priesthood” of believers a later saw in I Peter 2:9).  Surely, I know that I did not deserve this honor of Him revealing Himself to me and making me one of His own.  I am so glad that He did!

And He said, “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool.  Where is the house you will build for me?  Where will my resting place be?  Has not my hand made all these things, and so they came into being?”  Yet, “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies” (I Corinthians 6:19-20).  Amazingly, I and all who know Him, “are temples of the Holy Spirit.”  Wow… that is truly astounding!

Yes, my Lord is my help and without Him I can do nothing (John 15:5).  It is so wonderful that “the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth” desires to help me!  Truly, “The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.”  I am truly, and eternally, blessed and I thank You, Dear Father, for all that You have done for me, are doing for me and will do for me by the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus.  I am grateful and will be forever!  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TfiYWaeAcRw
