GOD IS IN CONTROL!

I saw in the night visions, and behold, with the clouds of heaven there came one like a son of man, and he came to the Ancient of Days and was presented before him.  And to him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve him; his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom one that shall not be destroyed. —Daniel 7:13-14

And the kingdom and the dominion and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High; their kingdom shall be an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey them. —Daniel 7:27

Be exalted, O God, above the heavens! Let your glory be over all the earth! —Psalm 57:5

            A time is coming… yes, it is coming when everything will be in subjection to our God and we are on the victory side.  This will come to pass.  His kingdom, which you brother and sister are in, is an everlasting kingdom.  All this now will pale as much as the temporary will pale to the eternal.  Think of how “large” eternity is and how “small” the temporary is!  Wow!  We have eternal life.  We are part of the everlasting kingdom with all the saints. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ChcljJ3QU9M

            In the temporary it may “seem” that men are ruling, but they are not in control.  They may think they are, but they are not.  God is in control. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6Eiv1r5UnE  Since God is in control they we can take comfort that when things seem out of control— they really are not.  He is moving His plans and purposes forward.  Keep the finish line in view and finish the race He has marked out for you while keeping your eyes fixed on Jesus the author and finisher of our faith.

Dear Father I am grateful to know the end and I look forward to seeing my Lord Jesus with all the saints who love Him.  May I faithfully finish the race in the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Jesus.
