PRAISE AND THANK OUR LORD IN THE MORNING!

And they were to stand every morning, thanking and praising the LORD, and likewise at evening, —I Chronicles 23:30

            This morning, what are you thanking our Lord for?   This morning, what are you praising our Lord for?

            I praise You that You are the Sovereign over all creation and do all things well. I praise You that You give life and breath to every living creature. I praise You that You are Perfect. I praise You that You are Holy. I praise You that You are Righteous. I praise You that You are sinless. I praise You that You always have our best interests in mind. I praise You that You are working out Your plans for each of us and for this world. I praise You that You are not taken by surprise by anything. I praise You that You are more than my mind can imagine.   I praise You that You are the One who reveals knowledge. I praise You that You are the One Who will bring justice. I praise You that You are the One Who will set all things right. I praise You that You are the One that I can fully trust. I praise You that You are the One Who loves me even as You know me best. I praise You that You are the One Who took the punishment and penalty for my sin. I praise You that You are the One Who rose from the dead. I praise You that You are the One Who ascended back to Heaven. I praise You that You are the One Who is coming back again. I praise You that You are the One Who will bring me to glory. I praise You that You are the One I will be with forever. I praise You that You are the only One!

            I thank You for You. I thank You for your love. I thank You for Your sacrifice for my sin and the sins of the whole world. I thank You that anyone that calls on Your Name will be saved from sin and to a relationship with You. I thank You that You have a race marked out for me and all who follow You. I thank You that my life is in Your hands. I thank You that you even want to know me and want me to know You. I thank You for all those who have called on Your Name. I thank You that I will be in Heaven with You One day. I thank You for all those who will be with You in Heaven one day. I thank You that I can know You now. I thank You that I can serve You now. I thank You for Your Body, the Church. I thank You that You have allowed Your Church to be an extension of You. I thank You that One day I will see You face to face.   I thank You that You have made me blameless. I thank You that my salvation is not determined by me. I thank You that Your return is drawing closer and closer. I thank You that You fulfill Your promises and that Your Word is true. I thank You that all things You have said will come to pass. Dear Father my heart overflows with joy for You, for Your Son and for Your Holy Spirit. Oh that I would share You with many in the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Jesus. Oh yes, may this be so!
