JESUS, GOD IN FLESH, THE SON OF GOD

Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom. —Psalm 45:6; Hebrews 1:8

We are told in Hebrews 1:8 that this verse is being spoken from the Father “about the Son,” Jesus.  Jesus, being the Son of God, is said that “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom.”  Anyone that claims that Jesus was a mere teacher, or a prophet, or a good person or…  does not know God’s Word and is someone to steer clear of.  God’s Word is very clear as to who Jesus is— God in flesh, the Son of God.

“Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great: He appeared in the flesh, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.” —I Timothy 3:16

This is truly astounding that Jesus, the Son of God, came in the flesh to be “the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world” (I John 2:2).   Amazingly, “God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God” (II Corinthians 5:21).  Wow, to know this is to be blessed.  Thank You, Dear Father, that Jesus was willing to do all this for me, for us.  Now may we seek to be faithful to all You desire for us.  May this be so by the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mUxI-ynsTnM&list=RDmUxI-ynsTnM&start_radio=1
