MY KING IS THE MOST HIGH

For the LORD, the Most High, is to be feared, a great king over all the earth… For God is the King of all the earth; sing praises with a psalm!  God reigns over the nations; God sits on his holy throne. —Psalm 47:2, 7-8

            Brother and sister, fellow follower of Jesus, do we have the proper perspective of who our Lord is?  He is the Most High.  Nothing and nobody are greater than He.  He is to be feared as the “great king over all the earth.”  Let us sing praises to Him.  He reigns over the nations as He sits on His throne.  Those men who do not want to serve Him think they are in control, but they are not.

            Those of us who have called on His Name and are following Him, we are safe in Him.  He will fulfill all His promises to us.  We can be assured of that.  The plans and purpose of our Most High King will come to pass.  Trust Him!
