WAIT! BE SHAPED!

WAIT!  BE SHAPED!

From of old no one has heard or perceived by the ear, no eye has seen a God besides you, who acts for those who wait for him. —Isaiah 64:4

But now, O LORD, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you are our potter; we are all the work of your hand. —Isaiah 64:8

Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing. —I Thessalonians 5:11

Do not quench the Spirit. —I Thessalonians 5:19

            We have an awesome God who is utterly amazing.  Who could even imagine His goodness, His greatness, His genuineness and His immense grace toward us.  But He loves us and He acts for those who wait on Him.  So, are You waiting on Him for whatever you need to wait on Him for? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PsQmsEE_2-s

            He is the Potter and we are the clay.  His hands are shaping us and will shape us according to His perfect pleasure.  We are the work of His hands.  Think of that— “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do” (Ephesians 2:10).  He not only shapes us, but He has prepared in advance the work He is shaping us for!  Wait on Him, encourage others in the work He has shaped them for.  Build others up in the work He has prepared for them.  Allow His Holy Spirit to work in and through Your life to accomplish what He desires.  Don’t quench what He desires to do.  Wait on Him.  Allow Him to shape you.  Encourage and build others us in the same way.  Allow God’s Holy Spirit to do what He desires as He shapes us and prepares usfor service to our King!
