THE IMPURE MADE PURE!
THE IMPURE MADE PURE!
Who can say, “I have kept my heart pure; I am clean and without sin”? —Proverbs 20:9
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. —II Corinthians 3:17-18
Not one person on the planet can say “I have kept my heart pure; I am clean and without sin.” I have not run into a person yet that does not admit that they have lied. In acknowledging this they are acknowledging they have sinned and are not without sin. This opens up the opportunity to talk about God’s standard and our need to meet His standard which we cannot. That is why we need Jesus. https://www.livingwaters.com/september-11th-and-god/ That is why we need to tell others about Jesus so they can be forgiven now, know God now through Jesus and live a life pleasing to God through His Spirit. Yes, let us tell of how He makes people pure and blameless! (II Corinthians 5:21). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjLlLPZderk
Dear Father I thank You for making me clean and holy through Jesus and by Your Holy Spirit. Now, out of loving gratitude, may I live a life that is pleasing to You. May this be so in the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son, Jesus.
