STAND!

If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all. —Isaiah 7:9

Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is foundational and is the firm Rock on which we stand on (I Corinthians 3:11; Matthew 7:24:27). “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see” (Hebrews 11:1) “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him” (Hebrews 11:6). Now “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong” (I Corinthians 16:13).

Don’t allow circumstances or people to distract you from your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. “The LORD is my light and my salvation– whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life– of whom shall I be afraid?” (Psalm 27:1). I thank You Dear Father that You are always there and that I am never alone regardless of what I am going through or how I feel. Oh, that I would stick close to my Lord Jesus. May this be so in the power of Your Holy Spirit.
