CLING TO HIM WHO SATISFIES OUR DEEPEST NEEDS!

They asked for meat, and he sent them quail; he satisfied their hunger with manna—bread from heaven. He split open a rock, and water gushed out to form a river through the dry wasteland. —Psalm 105:40-41

Such things were written in the Scriptures long ago to teach us. And the Scriptures give us hope and encouragement as we wait patiently for God’s promises to be fulfilled. —Romans 15:4

Think of what it would take to feed a couple million people. No problem for the Lord God Almighty! Think also what it would take to provide water for those same people. Nothing is too hard for the Lord!

“‘Then Jesus declared, ‘I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty”’ (John 6:35). Those who believe in Jesus will have a never ending supply from Him to alleviate their spiritual hunger and quench their spiritual thirst. Then, one day in Heaven this will be known to the fullest! Everyone who comes to Him will be satisfied!

Thank You Father for allowing me to know the One who satisfies our deepest needs. May I encourage others to come to Him as well to have their deepest needs met. May it be so in the power of the Holy Spirit and in the authority of Jesus.
