BRUTAL SLAUGHTER OF THE HELPLESS

Herod was furious when he realized that the wise men had outwitted him. Adults killing children is the highest form of terrorism. It is the highest form of cowardice and you can be sure that Jesus does not take kindly to it at all. This past year “we the people” through tax dollars have slaughtered over 300,000 children in the womb. We gave Planned Parenthood (what a deceptive title) over $500,000,000 to carry out this gruesome holocaust– http://www.wnd.com/2015/01/300000-abortions-500-million-in-federal-dollars/. What does this truly say about our nation? The silence on this issue is deafening.

Adults killing children is a major blight on the human race. If they are not “part of our plan” then kill them. If they are an “inconvenience” then kill them. If they advance political purposes then kill them. If their deaths can promote terror then kill them. If they can be a money maker then kill them. It is the ultimate act of spinelessness for an adult to kill a child.

To protect His power position, according to the passage above, King Herod had all the boys in Bethlehem and its vicinity that were two years old or younger killed. He did this in accordance to the time the wise men said He was born. Herod had hoped that by killing all the boys in that area that he would kill Jesus. Politically power-hungry people perpetrate preposterous positions to protect their power positions. This includes the death of those they deem problematic. In R.J. Rummel’s “Death by Government” we are reminded of the State’s evil power when it goes awry: Joseph Stalin had 42,672,000 people killed. Mao Zedong had 37,828,000 people killed. Adolf Hitler had 20,946,000 people killed. Chiang Kai-shek had 10,214,000 people killed. Vladimir Lenin had 4,017,000 people killed. Hideki Tojo had 3,990,000 people killed. Pol Pot had 2,397,000 people killed.

Man can be utterly cruel and barbaric to his fellow man. This gives very clear indication that we live in a fallen and sinful world. This year will your voice be heard for the millions that are being slaughtered in the womb? Or, will we remain silent?

Dear Father may a mighty cry rise up for those helpless of the helpless that are being terrorized and slaughtered in the womb. Be please to bring forgiveness and healing to those who have been lied to and have had an abortion. Please Father, in the Name of Jesus and by the Holy Spirit’s power be pleased to rise up those who would cry out on the behalf of the voiceless being killed in the womb. May it be so.
