HIS PLAN SPOKEN

The Lord Almighty planned it. — Isaiah 23:9

The Lord has spoken this word. —Isaiah 24:3

It is wonderful to have someone plan something and carry it out. It is also wonderful to have someone say something and keep their word. Know many people that will keep to their plan and keep their word?

I am so grateful to know the Lord God Almighty has a plan and will keep it. When He says He is going to do something He can be trusted to do it. Yes, I am so grateful for His Faithfulness.

As followers of Jesus may we thank Him for the plan He has laid out in His Word. How absolutely and eternally fortunate we are! Did you listen to Him today? Are you taking His Word, His plan for granted? Oh, that we would listen and hang on every Word He has to say to us. May we be like Mary sitting as His feet (Luke 10:39), like Mary washing His feet (John 12:3), like Mary at the cross (John 19:25), like Mary holding on to Him (John 20:17)… Yes, let us cling to the Word, apply His Word to our lives and share His Word with others. Dear Father, may I be faithful to what You desire. Oh that I would be sensitive and obedient to Your will. May it be so in the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son. May it be so!
