I BELIEVE!  HELP ME WITH MY UNBELIEF!

And Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.” Immediately the father of the child cried out and said, “I believe; help my unbelief!” —Mark 9:23-24

            “If you can!”  First of all, Jesus can do anything He desires to do!  After all, He is the Creator and Sustainer of all things! (Colossians 1:16-17).  Surely, He can do whatever He wants to do with that which is His.  Yes, “All things are possible for one who believes.”  Let’s make one thing clear.  “All things are possible for the one who believes,” but that does not mean that all things are probable!  Just because Jesus can do something does not mean that He will.  It depends on His plans and purposes.  But He can do all things!  Do you believe that?  Do you not believe that?  Oh, that we would ask Him to “help my unbelief!”

Dear Father I am grateful to know that Jesus has all authority— over demons, over the devil, over sickness, over circumstances, over death… yes, over all things seen and unseen— over all that which He created.  I am grateful to know I can come to Him with everything and trust He will answer according to His purposes.  May I trust You fully by the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus.  Yes, may it be so! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7U5hHzuN_0A&list=RD7U5hHzuN_0A&start_radio=1
