YOU ARE BLESSED… BE A BLESSING TO OTHERS

David returned home to bless his family. —I Chronicles 16:43

Now you have been pleased to bless the house of your servant, that it may continue forever in your sight; for you, Lord, have blessed it, and it will be blessed forever.” —II Chronicles 17:27

             Lord, you have so blessed me.  You have taken me from the dark life I used to live and have transferred me in Your kingdom.  Not only have you blessed me, but You have blessed my family as well.  I thank You for each of my children that have called on Your Name and are living for You.  I thank You that they now are encouraging their families to follow You.  It is my prayer, Lord, that You would bless each one greatly for Your honor and glory.  And yet, Lord, we have one more we are asking that You would bless by drawing him to Jesus.  Oh, may You be pleased to do so… even today.

             But as I look at my family, I am so grateful for who they are and for what You have blessed them with.  Each has particular gifts, talents and abilities.  Oh, that each one would grow more in the potential You have given them.  I marvel at how You have blessed them, whether they realize it or not.  But I ask, Lord, that they would realize Your blessings upon their lives and have hearts filled with praise.  Yes, may this be so.

             And Lord, may I be a blessing to my family as You have blessed me, however You desire to work that out.  May this be so by the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus.  Yes, so may it be!  And may this be all for Your honor and glory.  So may it be! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2q9UbaBHzI&list=RDu2q9UbaBHzI&start_radio=1
