OUR GREAT I AM— OUR LORD GOD ALMIGHTY

Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.  You turn people back to dust, saying, “Return to dust, you mortals.”  A thousand years in your sight are like a day that has just gone by, or like a watch in the night.  Yet you sweep people away in the sleep of death— they are like the new grass of the morning: In the morning it springs up new, but by evening it is dry and withered. —Psalm 90:2-6

Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days. —Psalm 90:14

May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us— yes, establish the work of our hands. —Psalm 90:17

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.  I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” —Psalm 91:1-2

“Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.  He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.  With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.”   —Psalm 91:14-16

             Our Lord God Almighty—

• Is the Creator of all the whole world
• Is from everlasting to everlasting
• Turns people back to dust
• Is timeless
• Sweeps people away in death
• Satisfies us in the morning with His unfailing love
• Causes us to sing for joy
• Causes us to be glad all our days
• Has favor we are desirous of to rest upon us
• Can establish the work of our hands
• Is a shelter we can dwell in
• Has rest for us in His shadow
• Is my refuge
• Is my fortress
• Is my God
• Is Who I am trusting
• Is loved by me
• Rescues me
• Protects me
• Acknowledges my name
• Is Who I call on
• Will answer me
• Will be with me in times of trouble
• Will deliver me
• Will honor me
• Will give me long life
• Will show me His salvation
