YES, GOD DOES CARE FOR YOU!

I know every bird in the mountains, and the insects in the fields are mine.  If I were hungry I would not tell you, for the world is mine, and all that is in it. —Psalm 50:11-12

Do you feel insignificant among the billions of people on this planet?  Do you wonder if God really cares about you among all those people?  “Does He even know me?”  Does He actually care for me?” Do you think like this?

Well, the answer to those questions is “Yes, He does!”  He not only owns the whole word, and all that is created, but He knows everything about everything.  Consider this— He knows every bird on every mountain… and we could say, and everywhere.  He knows every insect in every field.  Listen to what He says—

  • “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it” (Psalm 24:1).  He is the owner of all and knows about all.
  • “Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care.  And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” (Matthew 20:29-31).  Yes, our Father cares for birds, but how much more for you!  He even knows the number of hairs on your head and on the head of everyone living— past, present and future!

No, you are not insignificant.  Think about how much He loves us—

“This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.” —I John 4:9-11

Yes, our Lord God Almighty knows our name and everything about us… and He loves us.  He loves us so much that He sent His Son to die for our sins that “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved” (Romans 10:13).  His love provided a way through Jesus that we could live forever in that perfect place with Him and all who love Him. This should bring great joy in knowing this!  Thank You, Dear Father, for caring for me when I might be felt uncared for in this world.  Thank You, for Your great love You have shown us through Jesus.  Now, may I faithfully live for You until my last breath.  Yes, may this be so by the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus and all for Your Honor and glory and the benefit of others! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzfPHnoT0-0&list=RDGzfPHnoT0-0&start_radio=1
