I AM LOVED BY MY LORD!

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever. —Psalm 136:1

            Oh, fellow followers of Jesus, brothers and sisters, whoever you are and wherever you are, we should be the most thankful people on the planet.  Whose love toward us is better than that of our Lord?  His love is a love that endures forever.  He said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5) and again, Jesus said, “surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Matthew 28:20).  He is always good and His love is steadfast.  We can depend on Him 100% of the time. 

            This is absolutely astounding and comforting.  Unfortunately, human relationships are not so loving at times— whether between spouses, siblings, extended family, fellow followers of Jesus, neighbors, fellow employees… No relationship is like that of our Lord who loves us 100% of the time and He knows all our faults and failures!  Oh, let us give thanks for His enduring love toward us.

            When we fail— He still loves us.  When we go through hard times— He still loves us.  When we feel like nobody cares— He still loves us.  When life is going well— He still loves us.  When we make poor decisions— He still loves us.  When we make good decisions— He still loves us.  He always loves us!  So, let us be grateful and give our Lord thanks!  Oh yes, let us be thankful!  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYRgB26rPIs
