NOTHING IS SECRET TO GOD!

For he knows the secrets of the heart. —Psalms 44:21

This will take place on the day when God judges people’s secrets through Jesus Christ, as my gospel declares. —Romans 2:16

            Our Lord God Almighty knows everything. 

For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. For the word of God is alive and active. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account. (Hebrews 4:12-13).    

            He not only knows the secrets of the heart, but He also knows “the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.”  And “Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.”  There is coming a day when those who have not confessed their secret sins of the heart to the Lord will have them exposed in judgment. https://youtu.be/pYZw0dfLmLk?t=127

            You see, nobody is getting away with anything.  In the end of all things, God will have the final Word.  Nobody is be able to hide anything from Him.  Thankfully, for all those who have called on Jesus to save them, their sin is gone and they will never be condemned because Jesus took that condemnation for them at the cross.  But, for those who have never called on Jesus we are told in Revelation 20:11-20—

Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.     

            God knows everything and nothing escapes His notice, even the hidden secrets in men’s hearts.  Men may not be able to know the secrets in other men’s hearts, but God does!  For all who do not want to call on Jesus, then they will face His judgment.  If you have not called on Jesus I would strongly encourage you to do so now.  We never know when we are living our final day.
