GOD KNOWS YOUR LOVING SERVICE TO HIM AND HIS

For God is not unjust so as to overlook your work and the love that you have shown for his name in serving the saints, as you still do. And we desire each one of you to show the same earnestness to have the full assurance of hope until the end, so that you may not be sluggish, but imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises. —Hebrews 6:10-13

            Are there times when you wonder if God really cares about you, about your work for Him or about the love you have shown for His Name in serving the saints?  Well, God is not unjust.  He sees and does not overlook what you are being and doing for His Name. 

            So, don’t stop being and doing what you are for Him.  Be earnest and in doing so that doubt will not creep in, but instead you will have “full assurance of hope until the end.”  In this way you will not become sluggish or lazy in your faith, “but imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.”

            Let us have the mindset of the Apostle Paul— “Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ” (Galatians 1:10).  And let us “do the things that please him” (I John 3:22).  “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up” (Galatians 6:9).  Keep running “with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus” (Hebrews 12:1-2).  Yes, Dear Father, may this be so in the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Beloved Son Jesus.  So be it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWNwQg3xoJw
