JUDGMENT IS COMING!
Behold, the day of the LORD comes, cruel, with wrath and fierce anger, to make the land a desolation and to destroy its sinners from it. For the stars of the heavens and their constellations will not give their light; the sun will be dark at its rising, and the moon will not shed its light. I will punish the world for its evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; I will put an end to the pomp of the arrogant, and lay low the pompous pride of the ruthless. —Isaiah 13:9-11
When he opened the sixth seal, I looked, and behold, there was a great earthquake, and the sun became black as sackcloth, the full moon became like blood, and the stars of the sky fell to the earth as the fig tree sheds its winter fruit when shaken by a gale. The sky vanished like a scroll that is being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place. Then the kings of the earth and the great ones and the generals and the rich and the powerful, and everyone, slave and free, hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains, calling to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who is seated on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb, for the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?” —Revelation 6:12-16
None can stay His hand. When He is going to judge a nation or the world there is nothing or no one that can divert what He desires to do. Judgment is coming to this world in the future. There will be no mistake when “the wrath of the Lamb” begins. The stellar bodies will be impacted as well as the whole world. There will be no guessing as to what is happening.
The Lord says, “I will punish the world for its evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; I will put an end to the pomp of the arrogant, and lay low the pompous pride of the ruthless.” This will happen. There is coming a day when “the kings of the earth and the great ones and the generals and the rich and the powerful, and everyone, slave and free, hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains, calling to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who is seated on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb, for the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?” None will be able to stand before Him except those who have called on His Name.
Praise God, brother and sister, fellow follower of Jesus that we do not have to fear that day. Heaven is our home and nothing can hinder us from arriving there safely. That is where we are headed. Yes, judgment will, one day, come to this world, but that is not the worst judgment. The worst judgment come after death when all who do not know Jesus, have not trusted Jesus will be separated from Him forever in hell— a place of torment… a place I cannot wrap my head around, but am so glad I am not going there (Luke 16:19-31; Revelation 20:11-15 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZD6khv6pGkw&t=41s I hope you have trusted Jesus and are living for Him and encouraging others to do so!
Dear Father I am so glad I am safe in Jesus from the wrath to come, the judgment to come. May I encourage others to trust Jesus and call on His Name before it is too late for them.
