LISTEN AND OBEY!

 Moses and Aaron did just as the Lord had commanded. —Exodus 7:20

 “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!” —Matthew 17:5

             Are we truly listening to what our Lord is saying to us?  Are we being and doing what we have heard Him tell us?  What is He saying?  How are we being what He desires?  What are we doing that He desires?  Evaluate your life and see if you truly are listening to Him and seeking to be obedient to what He says.  Can you think of one thing He has said to you recently and you faithfully carried that out or are carrying it out or plan to carry it out?  Truly… are you taking the time to listen to Him with the intent of responding appropriately to what He is saying to you?

            “Moses and Aaron did just as the Lord had commanded.”  Is that our desire as well?  May it be so!  “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!”  What our Father said to Peter, James and John on the mountain applies to us as well— “Listen to him!”  Are we truly listening?  May it be so!
