LOVING GOD IS TO TRUST AND OBEY

LOVING GOD IS TO TRUST AND OBEY

Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil. —Ecclesiastes 12:13-14

Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you. —Psalms9:10

Obedience to God is of utmost importance and should be the highest priority of every man, woman and child— “Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’   This is the first and greatest commandment” (Matthew 22:37-38). Is He loved like that in your life? Even though life can be uncertain, He is not. Life may be disappointing to us at times, but He never disappoints.   He has promised, in good or bad times, that He will never leave or forsake those who trust in Him— “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5). Those who truly love Him will obey Him— “Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me” (John 14:21).  So let us be faithful, let us love Him, let us trust Him, knowing that He is always with us in the good times and the bad!   And let us not forget that we are accountable to Him and will give account one day— “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive his due for the things done in the body, whether good or bad.” (II Corinthians 5:10).   Let us live with these things in mind and be faithful!

Dear Father I trust You and will do so until the day I die. May this be so in the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Jesus.   Yes, so be it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vXMPNXXnCls&list=RDvXMPNXXnCls&start_radio=1
