The Holy Spirit of God:

1. Gives us courage

2. Gives us power

3. Gives us love

4. Gives us self-discipline

When the Spirit of God is working in us we are not timid, fearful or lacking courage. If we are experiencing these… are we yielded to Him? When the Spirit of God is working in and through our lives we will experience His power and not be powerless. Is this happening in our lives? When the Spirit of God is working in our lives we will love others. Is that the case in our lives? When the Spirit of God is working in our lives we will be experiencing self-discipline. It is the Spirit of God that does these things in us and for us. These are supernatural qualities that we could not experience apart from Him. Look what God has done for us and is doing for us and will do for us as we yield to His Holy Spirit. Dear Father, may I yield to Your Holy Spirit in the authority of Jesus that You may have Your way in my life. Oh, that this would be so!
