THE FOOL
The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” Psalms 14:1
The fool converses with himself and comes to an inward conclusion that “there is no God.” Look at the—
- Flowers
- Trees
- Birds
- Bees
- Ants
- Spiders
- Fowl
- Fish
- Light
- Sun
- Moon
- Stars
- Clouds
- Lightning
- Wind
- Rain
- Hail
- Animals
The fool is truly a fool if he can look at all these things and not see design and understand that behind every design is a designer. A painting is painted by a painter. A building is built by a builder. Pottery is formed by a potter… How can one look all around us at creation and not believe that a Creator created it all. Yes, for sure, He is way beyond us and our understanding, but that does not deny His existence.
“The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.” —Romans 1:18-20
And so…
- The fool is without excuse
- God’s divine nature is clearly seen through creation
- God’s eternal power is clearly seen through creation
- God has made it clear that He can be known
- The fool suppresses the truth by wickedness
There is no excuse to not believe in God. I thank You, Dear Father, that Your creation makes it clear that You are the Creator. May fools come to their senses and escape the trap of the devil who has enslaved them to do his will and not believe. Yes, may this be so by the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus. So may it be! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=moL8iDWiyRQ&list=RDmoL8iDWiyRQ&start_radio=1
