TRUSTING AND REJOICING

But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation. —Psalm 13:5

             I am so glad, Lord, that Your love is unfailing toward me.  If it was, the I would have no hope.  My heart also rejoices in Your salvation.  Again, without it, I would have no hope.  But I do trust in Your unfailing love and I do rejoice in Your salvation.  How marvelous this is that the Creator of all things loves me and has saved me from my sin.  I think of His magnitude and His awesomeness and am astounded that He would even consider me, but I am thankful that He does and my heart is fully of joy and rejoicing.

             Yesterday I had said our joy and rejoicing should be like fawns jumping and running for joy.  Not long after that, as I was sitting on the deck, two fawns were chasing each other all over the lawn down in front of me.  They are so fun to watch as the zig zag after each other.  We, brothers and sisters, fellow followers/disciples of Jesus, should radiate that type of joy!  Yes, Dear Father, may heart rejoices and is full of joy for Who You are and what You have done for me, are doing for me and will do for me by the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lnv41oh-WN8&list=RDlnv41oh-WN8&start_radio=1
