HE IS LIVING IN ME!

Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool.  What kind of house will you build for me?  says the Lord.  Or where will my resting place be?  Has not my hand made all these things? —Acts 7:49-50

             This is truly astounding as we think of our Creator living in those who have called on Jesus (Ephesians 1:13-14; I Corinthians 6:19-20).  He is so grand and so awesome.  How can the Eternal reside in the temporal?  But He does!  Of the Holy Spirit Jesus said, “The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you” (John 14:17).  No house could be built to be His resting place, but He has chosen to reside in each of His followers/disciples.  So, the One who is all powerful resides in those who are His.  Do you know Him?  Then He abides in you.  Allow Him to work in your life and through Your life for the purposes that He designed just for you! (Hebrews 12:1-2).  Yes, Dear Father, may this be so by the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus!
