LISTEN AND YIELD TO WHAT HE SAYS!
I will listen to what God the Lord says; he promises peace to his people, his faithful servants— but let them not turn to folly. —Psalm 85:8
Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name. —Psalm 86:11
Have you listened to what God the Lord is saying to you today? He is telling you the way to go. Will you yield to Him? Are you relying on His faithfulness or your own strength and ideas? Is your heart divided or are you seeking to apply the greatest command that Jesus gave? — “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind’ (Matthew 22:37).
If we are listening to Him and His guidance then we—
- Will have the peace He promises us
- Will be known as faithful servants
- Will not turn to folly
- Will rely on His faithfulness
- Will not have an undivided heart
- Will have a healthy fear of Him
