PUT INTO PRACTICE THE DESIRES GOD HAS PUT IN YOU
May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed. —Psalm 29:4
Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. —Psalm 20:7
Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. —Proverbs 4:23
How is your “heart?” That is, how are you on the inside? We are to be on guard because “everything (we) do flows from it.” So, do an evaluation of your life. What are you doing? Why are you doing it? Are you trusting “in the name of the Lord our God” or is your trust placed elsewhere? Your actions will reveal where your trust is.
Oh, that would “give (us) the desire of (our) heart and make all (our) plans succeed.” Yes, “May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us— yes, establish the work of our hands” (Psalm 90:17). May we “Take delight in the LORD, and he will give (us) the desires of (our) heart.” May this be so as we remain in Jesus, stay connected to Him and then we “will bear much fruit; apart from (Jesus) (we) can do nothing” (John 15:5).
Now, “it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose” (Philippians 2:13). So, what is He working in you that He wants you to act upon. May you be faithful in doing so. Yes, Dear Father, those desires You have put inside is, may we put them into action by the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus. Yes, may it be so! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rE_PNUNmw9c&list=RDrE_PNUNmw9c&start_radio=1
