BE WHAT YOU WANT OTHERS TO BE

BE WHAT YOU WANT OTHERS TO BE

Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. —Matthew 7:3-5

So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets. —Matthew 7:12

Beware of judging others when we first need to look at our own lives.  If we are honest with ourselves, we do not have everything right in our own lives.  We are in the transition of being transformed into the image of Christ (II Corinthians 3:18).  And “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.”

How do you want to be loved?  Well, love others that way.  How do you want to be treated?  Well, treat others that way.  How do you want to be spoken to?  Well, speak to others that way.  How do you want people to acy toward you?  Well, act that way toward others.  Yes, Dear Father, may this be so by the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus.    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EqWYSyDZYIg&list=RDEqWYSyDZYIg&start_radio=1
