BE A CHEERFUL GIVER!

Everyone who was willing and whose heart moved them came and brought an offering to the LORD for the work… 35:21

All the Israelite men and women who were willing brought to the LORD freewill offerings for all the work the LORD through Moses had commanded them to do. —Exodus 35:29

Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. —II Corinthians 9:7

            When we give toward our Lord’s work that He has commanded us to do, we are to do so willingly what we have decided in our hearts to give.  We are not to give “reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”  All we are doing is giving back what is our Lord’s already.  We should be cheerfully willing to give out of what is His anyway.  So, is this the way your heart is giving— willingly, cheerfully and not reluctantly or under compulsion?  May it be, Dear Father, by guidance of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus.  Yes, may we be cheerful givers toward the work You have called us to. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ge3uvXjet_c
