NO GREATER JOY!

NO GREATER JOY!

I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth. —III John 1:4

            What a joy to have my own biological children walking in the truth— Jeremy, Becca, Hannah and we are praying that Ben will soon walk in the truth as well (would you pray for Ben right now?).  Above all things, this is what is most important.  Yes, to know they are walking in the truth and are headed for eternity with Jesus is what is most important and then for their children and then their children after them, prayerfully right down to the end of the age.  Yes, there is no greater joy than this.  But also, to see “spiritual children” walking in the truth and then impacting others after them.  This also brings great joy.  Oh, how we would like to see all people to walk in the truth, following Jesus and being with Him forever after this age has passed.

            Brother and sister, fellow followers of Jesus, we are called to share the truth with our own children and family and with all others that we can.  May we be faithful in this.  Time is running out… Yes, Dear Father, please help me to be faithful in sharing the good news of Jesus with whoever I can.  May this be so in the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxTOsQ3LDE4
