I AM IN THE UNSHAKEABLE KINGDOM OF JESUS!

 At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.” This phrase, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of things that are shaken—that is, things that have been made—in order that the things that cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire. —Hebrews 12:26-29

            In the days of Moses, God shook the earth.  It was so dreadful that Moses said, “I tremble with fear” (Hebrews 12:21).  We are told here that God shook the earth with His voice!  And now we are told that “once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.”  When God said this, He “indicates the removal of things that are shaken—that is, things that have been made—in order that the things that cannot be shaken may remain.”  What we see now, the temporary creation— the earth and universe— will pass away (I John 2:17).

            But, brothers and sisters, fellow followers of Jesus, “let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken!”  Jesus is our King and we followers of His are in His Kingdom.  “For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, 14in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins” (Colossians 1:13-14).  Now, having an understanding of who God is, out of reverence and awe let us offer to God acceptable worship!  Yes, Dear Father, may we do so in the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Son Jesus.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVEHBU8oUGE
