TRUST HIM!

Then I said to you, “Do not be terrified; do not be afraid of them. The Lord your God, who is going before you, will fight for you, as he did for you in Egypt, before your very eyes, and in the wilderness. There you saw how the Lord your God carried you, as a father carries his son, all the way you went until you reached this place.” —Deuteronomy 1:29-31

“And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” —Matthew 28:20

“Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”  So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.  What can mere mortals do to me?” —Hebrews 13:5-6

            Reflect back on all that you have seen the Lord do in your life and how He has carried you “as a father carries his son, all the way you went until you reached this place.”  He has brought you this far and you have seen Him do it.  Surely, He is “with you always, to the very end of the age” whether you feel like it or not.  He has not abandoned you and never will.  He said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”  These are promises from our God “who never lies” (Titus 1:2).  Will you trust Him? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MgpaULjZOl8

Dear Father, You who knows the future better than I remember the past, help me to remember what You have done and trust You for what You will do in the present and in the future.  May this be so in the power of Your Holy Spirit and in the authority of Your Dear Son, and my Lord, Jesus.  Yes, so may this be!
