GIVE THANKS!

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever. —Psalm 136:1

Fellow follower of Jesus we are told that God’s love endures forever. We have so much to thank Him for. I am so thankful that He has given us His Word!

I was singing a song to my grand-daughter yesterday as I was swinging her on her swing. Making up the song as I went along I sang about knowing His existence, His awesomeness, His power and vastness by looking at what He created (Psalm 19:1-4; Romans 1:20). But, I could not have relationship with Him without His Word. I could know He created the grass and trees, the flower and bees, the birds and fish, all animals and sky, but I could not know Him without His Word. I could know He created the sun and sky, the moon and stars, but without His Word I could not know Him. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUy3yaSd9b0 How I thank God for His Son, for His Spirit, for His Word that I can know Him and make Him known! Yes His love is so great and we have much to thank Him for! Thank You, Lord God Almighty for communicating to me! Thank You also for Your awesome Creation You created so we could enjoy it!

Thank You, Father for Your great love for me. This is astounding, wonderful and so comforting. Out of sincere gratitude may I be what You desire and serve in whatever way You desire me to. May it be so in the authority of Jesus and by the Holy Spirit’s power.
