PRAY AND DON’T GIVE UP!
I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity. This is good and pleases God our Savior, who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth. —I Timothy 2:1-4
Do you pray for all people or are there people that you just won’t pray for? Prayer is directly related to salvation in the context of these verses above and we should have the desire for any and every person to trust the Lord Jesus Christ and honor Him. Keep praying for those who do not know Jesus which includes government leadership, business leadership and anyone who is in a position of authority. May we be faithful in prayer and not give up (Luke 18:1-8).
Dear Father, please help me to not give up talking with You about those who do not know You. I look forward to seeing how You will work in their lives. May they yield to the Holy Spirit and bow the knee to Jesus. May it be so!
