GOD IS FOR YOU!

If God is for us, who can be against us? —Romans 8:31

For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. —Romans 8:38-39

            So tell me… why are you fearing? Who is it that can triumph over us? What is it that can triumph over us? We are already on the Victor’s side (I Corinthians 15:57). We are already overcomers in Him. (I John 5:1-4).   Truly, “If God is for us, who can be against us?” 

            “The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?” (Psalm 118:6). I have eternal life in Jesus. That can never be taken away! “For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Do we truly believe that? Then let us live like it! Proclaim the good news without fear. Do it!

Dear Father I thank You for who I am in my Lord Jesus.   Thank You for loving me, for saving me, for giving me eternity with You. I cannot begin to imagine what that means— wow… forever with You in that perfect place. Even so come Lord Jesus! Yet, help me to live faithfully for You as I run the race You marked out for me.
